Delete your Roundmate data or account

You can delete selected data while keeping your account, permanently delete your account and associated data in the app, or submit either request without installing it.

Delete selected data and keep your account

You can remove an individual tasting note directly in Roundmate:

1. Sign in and open You.
2. Open the tasting note in your journal.
3. Choose Delete and confirm.

To delete other selected data, such as a photo, location record, active-round record, or social activity, email us from the address on your Roundmate account. Name the specific records or date range you want removed so we can verify and complete the request without deleting your account.

A selected-data request removes the verified records you identify and leaves the rest of your account active. Verified requests are completed within 7 days, subject only to limited legal, fraud-prevention, or legal-hold retention.

Delete inside the app

1. Sign in to Roundmate.
2. Open You → Settings → Account → Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation, enter the requested confirmation text, and tap Delete my account.

Once confirmed, the app signs you out and the deletion request cannot be undone.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile
• Journal entries, active rounds, friendships, and device tokens
• Photos you uploaded to Roundmate
• Social records, or identifying fields within them, as described in our Privacy Policy

Verified email requests are completed within 7 days. We may retain only limited records required by law, fraud prevention, or a legal hold. De-identified aggregate statistics that cannot reasonably identify you may remain.
